微风轻哨 波并好Whistle Down the Wind 《微风轻哨》原作是M来自ary Hayley Bell的小说，曾经被Richard Attenborough制作成电影(Bryan Forbes导演)，作曲韦伯和词作家Jim Steinman合作的音低宗乐剧是最新的版本。在这一版里，故事的时间地点被改成本团美精映1959年的美国路易斯安纳州。
这个故事发生在五十年代美国西部一个十分信仰宗教的小镇，那是一个闭塞守旧的上来自一代与叛逆不鞠的年青人冲突的环境。事实上，那个时地根360百科本就是叛逆少年一词的发源地。故事的主角小燕子(Swallow)是镇上一个乖巧办善第烟牛你表否的十五岁女孩。由于母亲的去世她一直郁郁不乐。一天，她在牛圈里发现一个神秘的陌生男人。当她询问他的名字，他随口说"耶稣基督"，天真的小燕子以为他是耶稣派遣来回答她祈祷的。但是，镇上的大人一口咬定这个陌生人是一个必须除掉的逃犯。为了自己坚定的信念，小燕子，以及镇上其他的孩子都不顾一切的保护陌生人。故事就围绕孩子们与大人们之间的矛盾展开。孩子们在成人势利冷酷的社会里挣扎冲撞，却始终保持了自己天真自信的本性。小燕子也通过这次经历，发现了量施乡走自己也明白自己要走的路。
《微风轻哨》 是韦有伯在九十年代的少数作品之一。虽然它没有八十年代那些大歌舞剧的滂渤声势和经久不衰的人气，但是这部剧中有几首旋律优美的歌曲，尤其是由英国少年组合Boyzone唱的"No Matter What"(无论如何)更曾经是英国1998年全年排名第一的单行本歌曲。《微风轻哨》属神约于1998年7月1日首次在伦敦西头的Aldwy抓ch 剧院公演，一故直到2001年1月6日才结束。其中光是第一年，就有400000人次观看，而且，《微风轻哨》的原剧组灌制的唱片也在出售后一周就达到了金唱片。而Boyzone的"No Matter What"更已经是双白金，后来他们带 言这首歌一直唱到北美，小小地掀起一场旋风。
在《微风轻哨》中村讲还握关木助且，韦伯把的悠扬动听的慢曲和爆裂刺激的摇滚乐完美地揉 起来，成功地表现了剧中传统和革新之冲突的内跟停资宁玉衣某爱在。
