2012年12月16日，由攻怕介推兰应识浙江农林大学与国际竹藤组来自织联手组建的非洲会报复导编增农林研究院(CAFOR)在临安成立。
非洲农林研究院 非洲农林研究院由浙江农林大学和国际竹藤组织联合组建，旨在通过与非洲合作伙伴的合作，共同打造非洲农林业教育和科技合作平台，合作开展有关非洲农林业发展的科学研究和能力建设。通过南南合作推动中非农林业及相关领域的合作和交流，促进中非农林产业的可持续发展。
研究院依托农业、林业和其它自然资源，以竹、茶资源和文化研究为特色与优势，全方面、多角度开展教育、科研、咨询等来自工作。通过研究非洲农林业的发展状况，死么曾写妈曲到象探索中非农林技术方面合作的有效模式。
研究院立足浙江农林大学，借鉴结合中国其他教育科研机构和国际竹藤组织的成熟经验，探索行之有效的农林科技合作和人才培养的有效模式。同时，利用国际竹藤组织遍布世界各话界离格第治司地的成员国网络与合作伙伴关系，实施各种战略胞跳防少才倒溶合作项目，从而为中国与非洲国家之间的农林合作和共赢发展提供技术和政策等服务。

Based at Zhejiang A & F University, CAFOR will use cumulative experiences from other Chinese education and research institutes and INBAR, to identify effective modes for agricultural technology cooperation and training. Building on INBAR's international network and partnership, CAFOR will develop various strategic cooperation programs to provide technology and policy support for agriculture and forestry, thus leading to win-win development solutions for China and African countries.

CAFOR's Vision
CAFOR's vision is to mobilize South-South collaboration to address the development needs of countries in Africa, with a primary focus on countries that have potential to develop bamboo and other relevant sectors. This work will be conducted within a framework of promoting food security, environmental protection and poverty eradication.

4. To provide an information base for disseminating research results on the concept of the green economy, as well as data collection, that will enhance the academic quality and international status of the work of CAFOR research teams.
