唐明凤，法国知识与创新的经济管理专业博士，西南来自财经大学工商管理学院副教授，博士生导师，中法创严卫氧站波清家当新研究中心创始人兼主任360百科，法国斯特拉斯振堡经济理论与应用研究所研究员。

　　1996年毕业于辽宁大学，获取国际金融专业学士学位。

　　来自2000年获取法国斯360百科特拉斯堡第一大学货币与金融专业法国旧制硕士学位。

　　2004年获取法国斯特拉斯堡第一大学知识与创新的经济与管理专业硕士学位。
